Restorative wellbeing experiences to help you slow down, quiet a busy mind, and reconnect through sound.

As a professional sound practitioner, Reiki Master, and coach, I create carefully held sound therapy and gong bath experiences for people with busy minds and busy bodies who need to slow down, switch off, and rest.
My sessions combine gongs, singing bowls, and gentle chimes to create a rich landscape of resonance, vibration, and silence. Gong baths and sound therapy can soothe the nervous system, quieten a busy mind, and support deep rest, relaxation, and wellbeing.
Rooted in ancestral wisdom, nature, and historic landscapes, my approach explores the threads between past, place, and spirit. Through sacred sound and universal life force energy, I create space for reflection, intuition, and a deeper connection with yourself.
I offer therapeutic gong baths, personalised sound therapy experiences, and 1:1 Reiki, alongside coaching-informed wellbeing support. Based in North Wales near Wrexham, I also offer group gong baths and sound therapy experiences across North Wales, Shropshire, Cheshire, & Greater Manchester.
